Smart Home Assessment

A technician will visit your home or business, inspect the premises, and discuss your interests and ideas. Following the onsite visit, a report will be generated that includes specific recommendations tailored to your unique space, your needs, and your budget. The cost of the assessment is $150.

Smart Home Orientation

A technician will visit your home or business to conduct an inspection of all installed smart devices. Wireless connections will be validated, software updates will be performed, and device configurations will be reviewed. Device to App pairings will be confirmed and training will be provided as needed. The cost of the orientation is $129 for the first hour. *

Service Call

A technician will visit your home or business to troubleshoot and repair smart devices that are not performing as anticipated. Wi-Fi & Networking troubleshooting is also included as necessary. The cost of the service call is $149 for the first hour. *

Installation Appointment

A technician will visit your home or business to install agreed upon smart devices. Installation services include device configuration and training. The cost of the appointment is $149 for the first hour. *

* Additional hours are billed in 30-minute increments at $99 per hour.
